NIIT SmartServe specializes in providing services in the utilities segment across the life cycle of a customer's engagement with our clients. We have worked on some of the leading telecom providers (fixed and wireless) in the UK and US providing a host of services. Our clients include leading retailers and providers of electricity and heating solutions.
Some of the services on offer are:
Lead Generation: Focused around the utilities market, NSS has worked with some of the largest utility companies in the UK on successful lead generation projects. Successful leads generated were transferred online to specialist teams within NSS or to partner centers used by our customers.
Customer Acquisition: NSS has worked on major wireless, landline (B2C and B2B) campaigns in the UK as well as some of the largest ISP networks in North America. Adopting a very metric driven approach, NSS is one of the very few BPOs in the country certified on the COPC standard for its outbound sales campaigns.
Payment Processing: Most of our campaigns in the utility segment required us to capture sensitive information like credit card details, bank account particulars and set up direct debits for our customers. We also have specialist teams who perform credit card verification.
Customer Service and Post Sales Service: This was primarily for telecom brands which entailed us providing customer support, logistics coordination and other post sales activities.
Customer Retention: We have set up specialized teams to interact with customers post-purchase with very clear objectives of retaining them. This requires an eclectic mix of customer service, assertiveness and sales skills, which we have demonstrated to our clients.
