Our client is a leading technology services company based out of the United States. The company provides testing services to a leading MFP manufacturer. With its expanding operations the company decided to find an offshore partner to provide MFP's firmware  testing services and support the US team with the increasing workload.

NIIT SmartServe was selected for our ability to skill and scale technical resources and our competency in service delivery.

NSS facilitated the engagement from designing the offshore solution and implementing it from the start to the finish. The challenge was to set up similar testing conditions as the US based testing Lab.

We have implemented our BPM3 transition methodology from the SoLD phase and carried it until the service delivery phase. The NSS team performs regression testing and support services with a team of 40 engineers including both level 1 and Level 2.
