A global financial service company based in Europe offering wide range of services in Insurance, Wholesale Banking and Retail Banking with over 120,000 staff and operations in more than 50 countries including the United States. While this company had outsourced a substantial amount of IT work, this was their first foray into Business Process Outsourcing. NIIT SmartServe was engaged as a consultant to help identify the processes for outsourcing, including a suitable revenue and business model.

NSS facilitated the engagement from helping the customer identify the candidate processes for off shoring to creating viable solutions and finally transitioning the process.

All milestones were achieved on time as per the engagement roadmap which included studying demand and supply by facilitating and attending leadership workshops, discussing business case models, risk identification, background offsite reading and discussions, transition implementation by the joint management teams.
